| The first time I ever saw my husband, I did not know him and he did not know me, he made fun of me in front of his friends and I thought he was a big jerk. We have now been married almost 25 years!!! Imagine that. |

| My friends - I value all the fun times we had. I remember most the time I had a can of something I shouldn't have had in my purse at an away high school basketball game. A very large African American male teacher was holding my purse when I went back inside to get it. I knew I was toast. He smiled and gave me my purse. I've always wondered if he looked inside. I was so scared I poured out the beer as soon as I could. |

| Lots of fun and goofy stuff. It was such a huge class, seeing people walk across the graduation stage that I did not know or remember ever seeing before. Having a fun relationship during my senior year, my best buddy Eric Hytrek and eating choclate cake at his Mom's after school. The senior skip day at Johnson County Park and all the cool cars that some of the guys had...(not a cool car for me!) Climbing that water tower (still have a respect for heights!) Spraying everybody with our fire extinguisher that we "found" at school. All the fun stuff we used to do that my kids can't do now because everybody is soooooo... PC and the cops and school authorities are way too serious and drunk with power! Streaking through the Burger King parking lot on Metcalf. Row parties at that drive-in. Mr. Ringer teaching math, Mr. Poplau "rebeling" and wearing jeans to school because of low teacher salaries, Mr. Mohling and natural science, The Albanion Cultural Society. On and on! |

| Playing sports, especially wrestling, I was the best in my weight class until I seperated my collar bone.Oh yea, The time that Rocky Crabtree had been picking on me and my older brother walked up to him just outside the back school doors, told him who he was , Rocky thought so what! Well, my brother Tom punched him right in the mouth, Rocky didn't know what to think. Rocky and I became pretty good friends after that. |
